Based on Article 4 ofCircular 73/2024/TT-BTC, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay charges for replacement and reissuance of ID cards are stipulated as follows:
Fee Rates
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following are vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee rates for replacement and reissuance of ID cards:
a) Renewing a citizen ID card to an ID card as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 21 of Decree No. 70/2024/ND-CP dated June 25, 2024, of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Government of Vietnam detailing several provisions and measures for implementing vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Identity Law: 30,000 VND/ID card;
b) Renewing an ID card in cases stipulated in Clause 1, Article 24 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Identity Law: 50,000 VND/ID card;
c) Reissuing an ID card in cases stipulated in Clause 2, Article 24 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Identity Law: 70,000 VND/ID card.
- From vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay effective date of this Circular until December 31, 2024, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee rate for replacement and reissuance of ID cards is 50% of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rates stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article. Starting January 1, 2025, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee rates specified in Clause 1 of this Article shall apply, except in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cases specified in Clause 3 of this Article.
- From January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee rate for citizens submitting applications to renew or reissue ID cards online is 50% of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee rates stipulated in Clause 1 of this Article. Starting January 1, 2026, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee rates specified in Clause 1 of this Article shall apply.
Accordingly, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay charges for replacement and reissuance of ID cards in 2025 (from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025) are stipulated as follows:
(1) For citizens submitting applications for replacement and reissuance of ID cards in person:
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee for renewing a citizen ID card to an ID card or renewing an ID card: 30,000 VND/ID card;
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee for renewing ID cards: 50,000 VND/ID card applicable in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:
+ Renewing ID cards when reaching 14 years old, 25 years old, 40 years old, and 60 years old;
+ Changes or corrections to surname, middle name, given name; date, month, year of birth;
+ Change of physical appearance; addition of facial photograph, fingerprint data; gender reassignment or correction as stipulated by law;
+ Errors in printed information on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay ID card;
+ Upon vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cardholder's request when administrative unit reorganization causes information changes on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay ID card;
+ Re-establishing personal identification number;
+ When cardholder requests.
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee for reissuing ID cards: 70,000 VND/ID card for cases:
+ Lost ID card or damaged ID card unusable;
+ Resumption of Vietnamese nationality as stipulated by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnamese nationality law.
(2) For citizens submitting applications for replacement and reissuance of ID cards online:
vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay charges for replacement and reissuance of ID cards is 50% of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay charges specified in item (1) above.

Based on Article 23 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayIdentity Law 2023, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedure for issuing ID cards is stipulated as follows:
(1)vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedure for issuing ID cards to individuals aged 14 years or older is performed as follows:
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receiver checks and verifies vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay ID card applicant's information from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national database on population, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national database, and specialized databases to accurately identify vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay person needing vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay ID card; if vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay applicant's information is not available in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national population database, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay necessary procedures for updating and correcting information in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national population database must be conducted as prescribed in Clauses 1, 2, and 3 of Article 10 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayIdentity Law 2023;
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receiver collects physical and biometric information including facial photographs, fingerprints, and iris data of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay ID card applicant;
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay ID card applicant checks and signs vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay personal data collection form;
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receiver issues an appointment slip for ID card collection;
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay ID card is delivered at vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay location recorded on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay appointment slip; if vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay ID card applicant requests delivery at another location, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay identity management agency delivers vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay ID card at vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requested location, and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay applicant must pay vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay delivery service fee.
(2)Individuals under 14 years old or their legal representatives may request vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay identity management agency to issue an ID card.
vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedure for issuing ID cards to individuals under 14 years old is performed as follows:
- Legal representatives conduct procedures for issuing ID cards to children under 6 years old through vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay public service portal or national identification application. If vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay child under 6 years old is not yet registered for birth, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay legal representative must conduct interlinked procedures with birth registration on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay public service portal, national identification application, or directly at vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay identity management agency. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay identity management agency does not collect physical or biometric information for children under 6 years old;
- Children aged from 6 to under 14 years old must accompany their legal representatives to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay identity management agency for collecting physical and biometric information as specified in point b, clause 1, Article 23 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayIdentity Law 2023.
vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay legal representative of children aged from 6 to under 14 years old performs vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedure for issuing ID cards on their behalf.
(3)In cases where an individual loses legal capacity, or has difficulty in cognition and behavior control, a legal representative must assist in undertaking vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedures prescribed in clause 1, Article 23 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayIdentity Law 2023.
(4)In case of refusal to issue an ID card, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay identity management agency must provide a written reply stating vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reason.
