Based on Article 1 ofRegulation 232-QD/TW of 2025, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái regulation on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái age and educational level of individuals joining xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party of Vietnam is stipulated as follows:
(1) Regarding age
- At xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái time of review by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Party cell, individuals joining xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party must be between 18 and 60 years old (calculated by month).
- Admission of individuals over xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái age of 60 into xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party is subject to review and decision by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái directly affiliated Party committee.
(2) Regarding educational level
- Individuals joining xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party must have at least a secondary school diploma.
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái educational level for individuals living in mountainous areas, islands, ethnic minority regions, areas with especially difficult socio-economic conditions, and specific cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái general rule cannot be met due to Party development needs, shall be guided by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Secretariat.

What are regulations onthe introduction and admission of individuals into xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party of Vietnam?
According to Article 4 ofRegulation 232-QD/TW of 2025, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái introduction and admission of individuals into xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party of Vietnam is regulated as follows:
(1)xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái grassroots Executive Committee of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union or xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái collective grassroots branch; xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái grassroots Executive Committee of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái labor union considers and resolves to introduce members into xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party.
(2)CPV members introduce individuals into xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party.
- They must be official Party members, who have worked, studied, or lived together at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái same residence for at least 12 months with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individual being introduced to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái same unit under xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái leadership of a local Party organization or cell.
- If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Party member introducing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individual into xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party moves to another organizational unit, is disciplined, or cannot continue to support xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individual into xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party for other reasons, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cell will assign another official Party member to follow and support that individual (it is not required that xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Party member has worked, studied, or lived at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái same residence with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individual for at least 12 months).
(3)Issues related to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái political standards of individuals joining xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party must comply with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái regulations of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Politburo.
(4)Admission of individuals into xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party in areas without Party members or cells.
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái higher directly affiliated Party committee must assign xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái most convenient cell with official Party members who can support xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individual joining xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party. When conditions and standards are met, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cell where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Party member provides support will complete xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái proposal for admission as per regulations.
- Admission of Party members in special cases shall comply with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái regulations of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Politburo.
(5)On readmitting individuals into xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party.
- Individuals considered for readmission must meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following conditions:
+ Fulfill all conditions and standards for individuals joining xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party as stipulated in Article 1 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cáiVietnam Communist Party Charter 2011. Specifically:
(i) Members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Vietnam Communist Party are revolutionary fighters in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái vanguard of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái working class, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái working people, and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Vietnamese nation, who strive throughout life for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái purposes and ideals of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party, prioritizing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái interests of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Fatherland, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái working class, and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái working people over personal interests; strictly adhere to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái political platform, Party Charter, resolutions of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Party, and laws of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái State; are diligent in work, fulfill xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái assigned duties; have ethical conduct and a healthy lifestyle; maintain close bonds with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái people; abide by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Party’s organization and discipline, and uphold unity within xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Party.
(ii) Vietnamese citizens from eighteen years of age or older who recognize and voluntarily adhere to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Party's political platform, Charter, standards, and duties of Party members, engage in activities within a grassroots Party organization; who through practice demonstrate excellence and are trusted by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái people, may be considered for admission into xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party.
+ At least 36 months must have elapsed since leaving xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party (except for those with minor offenses who must wait 60 months after their criminal record is expunged; Party members expelled due to violations of population policies and family planning shall comply with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Secretariat's regulations); must apply for readmission to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party; and obtain written consent from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái provincial or municipal Party committee (or equivalent), and examination and decision by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent Party committee (district Party committee and equivalent).
+ Complete xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái procedures outlined in Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, Article 4 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cáiVietnam Communist Party Charter 2011. Specifically:
(i) Individuals seeking to join xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party must:
++ Submit a voluntary application for joining xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party;
++ Accurately report their background to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cell;
++ Be sponsored by two official Party members.
Where there is an organization of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, individuals of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái appropriate age must be Youth Union members introduced by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái grassroots Youth Union Executive Committee and one official Party member.
In agencies or enterprises without a Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union organization, individuals joining xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party of Vietnam must be members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái labor union, introduced by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái grassroots labor union Executive Committee and one official Party member.
(ii) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái person introducing must:
++ Be an official Party member working with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individual joining xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party for at least one year;
++ Report to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cell on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individual’s background, qualities, and capabilities, and take responsibility for their introduction. Any uncertainties should be reported for consideration by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cell and higher authorities.
(iii) Responsibilities of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cell and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Party committee:
++ Before xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cell considers and proposes admission, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cell committee checks xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái conditions of individuals joining xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party and seeks feedback from organizations where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individual is active.
xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái political history issues of individuals joining xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party must comply with regulations from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Central Executive Committee.
++ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cell considers and proposes admission for each individual, and when at least two-thirds of official Party members in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cell agree, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái proposal is submitted to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái higher Party committee; upon decision by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái higher Party committee, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cell organizes admission ceremonies for each individual.
++ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái basic level Party committee, if agreeing with at least two-thirds of committee members on admission, proposes to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái directly superior committee.
++ xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái regularly convened committee of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái directly superior Party committee of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái basic organization or authorized basic committee considers and decides individual admissions.
- Individuals not considered for readmission.
No consideration for readmission is given to individuals who previously left xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party for reasons such as voluntary cessation of Party activities, voluntarily leaving xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Party (except for cases due to special family difficulties), causing severe internal division, conviction of a criminal offense related to corruption or a criminal offense deemed serious or more severe.
- Readmission is permitted only once.
- Re-enrolled Party members must undergo a probation period.
Do CPV members have to pay union dues?
Based on Article 45 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cáiVietnam Communist Party Charter 2011, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái regulation is as follows:
CPV members within xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Youth Union age must participate in and work within xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái youth organization.
Additionally, Article 2 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cáiHo Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Charter 2022stipulates xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái duties of union members as follows:
Union members have duties to:
- Continuously strive for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái ideals of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Communist Party and Uncle Ho. Actively study, work, and train, participate in social activities, build and protect xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Fatherland.
- Exemplarily comply with and advocate for youth to implement xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái State. Participate in building and protecting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Party, government, and mass organizations. Comply with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Union Charter and resolutions; actively promote xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Union among young people;participate in Union activities and pay union dues as required.
- Maintain close ties with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái youth, actively contribute to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Vietnam Youth Union, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Vietnam Student Association, and other members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Vietnam Youth Union, and help youths and members become union members.
From these two regulations, it can be seen that Party members within xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Youth Union age must participate in union activities and pay union dues.
