- Organize and implement documents, guidance for budget management, and state accounting applicable for TABMIS by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Finance and State Treasury;
- Coordinate with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Department of Finance and other units to issue documents within their authority to organize, operate, and exploit TABMIS, adaptable to local conditions based on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 guidance from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Finance and State Treasury;
- Implement xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 state accounting regime applicable for TABMIS:
+ Based on estimates from financial agencies, budget estimate units, or State Treasury, conduct verification and payments to beneficiary units;
+ Implement state accounting procedures according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 bookkeeping method stipulated in Circular No. 08/2013/TT-BTC; Official Dispatch guiding State Accounting applicable for TABMIS; Official Dispatch guiding accounting estimates, order cash of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Central Budget applicable for TABMIS; Official Dispatch guiding accounting estimates, order cash of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Local Budget applicable for TABMIS and other documents;

- Execute xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 procedure of account closure and end-of-period processing on TABMIS under xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 responsibility of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Provincial State Treasury in accordance with regulations, guidance for reviewing, handling pending transactions, closure, and annual budget settlements;
- Organize data extraction on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 system:
+ Extract, compile data on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provincial ledger according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 report forms stipulated in Circular No. 08/2013/TT-BTC;
+ Extract data according to required indicators on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 TABMIS Data Warehouse to report to competent authorities (according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 decentralization of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 State Treasury);
+ Coordinate with relevant State Treasury units and local units to resolve arising issues related to data transmission and reception ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
+ Query account balances, extract information, and reports of units within xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 province according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 instructions from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Finance and State Treasury;
+ Responsible for ensuring safety and confidentiality of information, data during xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 system's operation and exploitation.
- Responsibility to provide report information:
+ Report to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Chairman of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Provincial People's Committee and competent agencies information on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 situation of revenue and expenditure of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 State Budget, State Budget debt, and other information within xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 province as required by management;
