What are regulations ondiscipline trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay dismissing a CPV memberin Vietnam?

Based on Article 14 trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayRegulation 22-QD/TW in 2021, the discipline trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay dismissing a CPV member from office is regulated as follows:

(1)CPV members holding multiple positions (including current positions or positions held in previous terms) who violate discipline and need to be removed from office will be decided by the party organization managing the member, depending on the extent and nature trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the violation, to remove one, some, or all positions or to expel them.

(2)CPV members participating in multiple committees (except Central Executive Committee members) who violate to the extent that requires removal from the highest committee or expulsion will be decided by the standing committee trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the direct superior committee trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the highest committee trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay which the member is a part. If removal from a committee at a lower level is required, it will be decided by the standing committee managing that CPV member.

(3)CPV members participating in multiple committees, holding multiple positions, and being disciplined by removal from a current or previous position, the committee or standing committee with authority must review the other positions to possibly remove or let go trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay one, some, or all other positions.

According to sub-item 3, Section 1, Part B trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Regulation on CPV membership fees policies issued withDecision 342/QD-TW in 2010, the subjects and monthly CPV membership fees trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay members are regulated as follows:

Monthly income trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay members used for calculating CPV membership fees includes: salary, certain allowances; wages; subsistence allowances; other income. CPV members who can determine regular income pay CPV membership fees as a percentage (%) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay monthly income (not yet deducting personal income tax); members who cannot determine their income must pay a specific monthly amount for each type trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay subject.

1- CPV members in administrative agencies, political organizations, political-social organizations, armed force units: pay monthly CPV membership fees equal to 1% trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay salary, allowances; wages; subsistence allowances.

2- CPV members receiving social insurance salaries: pay monthly CPV membership fees equal to 0.5% trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the social insurance salary.

3- CPV members working in enterprises, public service providers, economic organizations: pay monthly CPV membership fees equal to 1% trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay salary, wages, and other income from the unit’s salary fund.

4- Other CPV members in the country (including agricultural, rural members, members who are students…): pay CPV membership fees from 2,000 to 30,000 VND/month. For members beyond working age, the CPV membership fees equal 50% trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay those within working age.

5- CPV members living, studying, and working abroad

5.1- CPV members working in Vietnam's representative agencies abroad; members who are students under agreements funded by foreign countries or sponsored by the state budget pay CPV membership fees equal to 1% trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the monthly subsistence allowance.

5.2- CPV members studying abroad at their own expense; members working abroad; members accompanying family, members independently living abroad, pay monthly dues from 2 to 5 USD.

5.3- CPV members who are owners or co-owners trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay businesses, commercial zones, service shops, minimum monthly dues are 10 USD.
