1. Individuals and organizations subjected to administrative penalties have lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay right to complain or initiate lawsuits against administrative penalty decisions as per laws; individuals have lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay right to denounce legal violations in handling administrative violations as per laws.
2. Individuals and organizations as mentioned in Clause 1 of this Article shall be refunded lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay wrongly collected penalty amount within 15 days from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision resolving lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay complaint or from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay handling decision from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent agency.
