Imposition of tax for export and import goods
1. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay customs authority shall impose lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax for export and import goods in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:
a) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer relies on illegal documents for tax declaration and calculation; fails to declare tax, or inaccurately and incompletely declares content related to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay imposition of tax obligations;
b) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer does not provide, refuses, or delays lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provision of records, accounting books, documents, certificates, data, and statistics related to accurately determining lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay payable tax amount according to regulations over lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay prescribed time limit;
c) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer cannot prove, explain, or fails to clarify lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contents related to tax obligation imposition as stipulated by law after lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay prescribed time limit; does not comply with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay inspection or audit decisions of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay customs authority;
d) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer does not reflect or inadequately, dishonestly, and inaccurately reflects figures in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accounting books to impose tax obligations;
đ) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay customs authority has sufficient evidence and basis to impose that lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay declared value does not match lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay actual transaction value;
e) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transaction is executed not in accordance with economic substance, not based on actual occurrence, affecting lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay payable tax amount;
g) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay declarant fails to calculate lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay amount of tax payable themselves;
h) Other cases discovered by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay customs or other authorities showing lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax declaration and calculation are not compliant with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law.
2. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay customs authority shall base on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay actually exported or imported goods; tax calculation basis, tax calculation method; lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay database of tax management agencies and commercial databases; customs declaration records; documents and related information to impose lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay payable tax amount.

a) Upon examination of tax declaration records, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority has grounds to believe that lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer has not fully or accurately declared lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay elements forming lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay basis for determining lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay payable tax amount, they are required to additionally declare but fail to do so upon request by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority;
