Vietnam: Shall a correction invoice be issued when xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer's name is wrong?

According to Article 26 ofDecree 123/2020/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following provisions are contained:

Handling of issued invoices purchased from tax authorities

1. In cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái invoice has been issued but not yet delivered to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer, if errors are detected, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller strikes through xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái copies and retains xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái erroneous invoice number.

2. In cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái invoice mistakenly records xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái name or address of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer but correctly lists xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer's tax code, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái parties will prepare an adjustment record and are not required to issue an adjustment invoice.

3. In cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái invoice was issued and delivered to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer but goods or services were not provided, or xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái invoice was issued and delivered to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer, and neither xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer nor xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller has declared tax if an error is detected, it must be canceled. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer will prepare a record to reclaim xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái copies of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái erroneous invoice number. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái invoice recall record must state xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái reason for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái recall. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller strikes through xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái copies, retains xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái erroneous invoice number, and issues a new invoice in accordance with regulations.

What are cases of invoice correction in Vietnam?

Based on Article 19 ofDecree 123/2020/ND-CP, errors in e-invoices can be handled as follows:

(1) Cancel e-Invoices

If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller discovers an error in an e-invoice that has been granted a tax code and not yet sent to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller shall notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority using Form 04/SS-HDĐT about xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cancellation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái erroneous coded e-invoice and issue a new e-invoice, digitally sign it, and send it to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority to receive a new invoice code instead of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái issued one to send to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer.

(2) Notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Buyer of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Invoice Error without Reissuing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Invoice

In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái e-invoice with a tax code or an e-invoice without a tax code has been sent to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer or seller discovers errors (errors in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái name, or address of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer but not in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax code, other contents are correct), xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller shall notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái invoice error and is not required to reissue xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái invoice.

xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller must notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái erroneous e-invoice using Form 04/SS-HDĐT, except in cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái e-invoice without a tax code has not yet sent invoice data to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority.

(3) Adjust or Issue a New Invoice as Replacement

In case an e-invoice with a tax code or an e-invoice without a tax code has been sent to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer or seller discovers errors (error in tax code; errors in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái amount recorded on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái invoice, errors in tax rate, tax amount, or incorrect specification and quality of goods on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái invoice), one can choose between two options using xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái e-invoice as follows:

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller issues an e-correction invoice for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái issued erroneous invoice.

If there is an agreement between xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer about issuing an agreement document before issuing an adjustment invoice for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái erroneous invoice, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer create an agreement document that specifies xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái errors, and then xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller issues an e-correction invoice for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái erroneous invoice.

Note: In cases where an e-invoice is issued without a sample number, invoice symbol, or invoice number with errors as regulated, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller only performs xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái adjustment and does not cancel or replace it.

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller issues a new e-invoice as a replacement for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái erroneous e-invoice, except for cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer agree to issue an agreement document before issuing a replacement invoice for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái erroneous invoice. xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer create an agreement document that specifies xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái errors, and then xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller issues a new e-invoice as a replacement for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái erroneous invoice.

(4) Seller Inspects Errors

If xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority discovers an error in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái issued e-invoice, this authority will notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller using Form 01/TB-RSDT for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller to check xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái errors.

What contents are included in an e-invoice in Vietnam?

Based on Article 10 ofDecree 123/2020/ND-CPand Article 4 ofCircular 78/2021/TT-BTC, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái content of an e-invoice includes:

- Invoice name, invoice symbol, and invoice sample number.

- Invoice copy name applied to invoices printed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority as guided by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ministry of Finance.

- Invoice number

- Name, address, and tax code of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái seller

- Name, address, and tax code of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái buyer

- Name, unit of measure, quantity, unit price of goods, services; amount excluding value-added tax, value-added tax rate, total value-added tax amount according to each tax rate, total value-added tax amount, total payment amount including value-added tax.

- Seller's signature, buyer's signature

- Time of issuing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái invoice

- Time of digital signing on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái e-invoice

- Tax authority code for e-invoices with a tax code

- Fees, charges under xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái state budget, trade discounts, promotions (if any) as guided in point e clause 6 of this Article and other related contents (if any)

- Name, tax code of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái organization that prints xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái invoice for invoices printed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority.

- Script, numbers, and currency displayed on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái invoice

- Other contents on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái invoice.
