According to the arrangement and downsizing plan, the Government trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vietnam trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the XV and XVI terms (term 2026 - 2031) will have 13 ministries (reduced by 5 ministries), 4 agencies equivalent to ministries, and 4 agencies belonging to the Government trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vietnam (reduced by 4 agencies).

In this plan, the consolidation trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 18 Ministries into 13 Ministries is set forth as follows:

- Maintain 8 ministries: Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Defense; Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Public Security; Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Justice; Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Industry and Trade; Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Foreign Affairs; Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Health; Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Education and Training.

- Direct and guide functional agencies to cooperate with tax administration agencies in granting, revoking business registration certificates, business registration certificates, investment registration certificates, taxpayer registration certificates, and other registration certificates trực tiếp bóng đá k+ taxpayers through a one-stop-shop mechanism;

- Direct and guide functional agencies to enhance project evaluation to prevent transfer pricing and tax avoidance;

The Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Finance is the leading agency aiding the Government trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Vietnam in the unified state management trực tiếp bóng đá k+ tax administration and has the following tasks and powers:

- Issue or submit for competent authorities to issue legal documents on tax administration;

- Organize the implementation trực tiếp bóng đá k+ tax administration in accordance with this Law and other relevant legal provisions;

- Organize the development and execution trực tiếp bóng đá k+ state budget revenue estimates;

- Organize inspection and examination trực tiếp bóng đá k+ the implementation trực tiếp bóng đá k+ tax laws and other relevant legal provisions;
