Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 91 ofDecree 01/2021/ND-CPwhich stipulates as follows:
Suspension of business operations, resumption of business ahead of notified schedule of household businesses
1. In xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 case of suspending business operations for 30 days or more, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business must notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level business registration authority where xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 business is registered and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax authority directly managing them.
2. In xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 case of a household business suspending business operations and resuming business before xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 notified deadline, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business shall send a written notice to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level business registration authority where xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business is registered at least 3 working days before suspending business or resuming business before xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 notified deadline. Accompanying xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 notice must be a copy of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 meeting minutes of household members regarding xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 registration of business suspension or resumption of business ahead of notified schedule in case xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household members register xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 business as a household business. Upon receiving xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 notice, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level business registration authority shall issue a receipt to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business. Within 3 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of receiving a complete file, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level business registration authority shall issue a confirmation on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business's registration of business suspension or a confirmation on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business's registration of resumption of business ahead of notified schedule.
Therefore, according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 regulations, if a household business suspends operations and resumes business before xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 notified deadline, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business must send a written notice to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level business registration authority where xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 business is registered at least 3 working days before, so there’s no requirement to notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax authority.

Vietnam: How long does a household business must suspend operations before its certificate can be revoked?
Pursuant to Point b, Clause 1, Article 93 ofDecree 01/2021/ND-CPwhich stipulates as follows:
Revocation of certificate of household business registration
1. A household business will have its certificate revoked in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following cases:
a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 content declared in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business registration file is fraudulent;
b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 business suspends operations for over 6 consecutive months without notifying xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level business registration authority where registered and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax authority;
c) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 business engages in prohibited professions or trades;
d) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business is established by individuals not entitled to establish a household business;
đ) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business does not submit reports as stipulated in Clause 6, Article 16 of this Decree to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level business registration authority within 3 months from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 deadline for submitting reports or upon a written request;
e) Other cases as decided by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 court or at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 request of a competent authority as stipulated by law.
2. In xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 case that xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 declared content in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business registration file is fraudulent, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level business registration authority shall issue a notice of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 violation to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business and decide to revoke xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business registration certificate.
In xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 case where xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 registration file to alter xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business registration information is fraudulent, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level business registration authority shall issue a notice of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 violation to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business and annul xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 alteration of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business registration information made based on fraudulent information, and reissue a household business registration certificate based on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 most recent valid file, concurrently notifying xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 competent authority for consideration and handling as stipulated by law. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level business registration authority requires xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business to re-submit xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 file to be considered for issuance of a new household business registration certificate. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business may aggregate xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 legitimate changes from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 subsequent alteration registrations into one file for a new registration alteration to be issued once.
Therefore, one of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 cases for revocation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 certificate is if xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 business suspends operations for over 6 consecutive months without notifying xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level business registration authority where registered and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax authority.
How to handle certificate of household business registration issued without a satisfactory application or without following procedures in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 94 ofDecree 01/2021/ND-CP, stipulating xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 re-issuance of certificate of household business registration, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 handling of cases where certificate of household business registration are issued without a satisfactory application or without following procedures is as follows:
- In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business registration certificate is issued incorrectly according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 stipulated process and procedure, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level business registration authority sends a notice to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business and reissues xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 certificate conformable to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 stipulated process and procedure;
- In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 registration to establish a household business is issued incorrectly according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 stipulated file, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level business registration authority notifies that xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business registration certificate issued incorrectly according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 stipulated file is null and instructs xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business to complete and submit a valid file according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 stipulated regulations within 30 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 notice to be considered for a household business registration certificate. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business may combine xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 legitimate changes from subsequent alteration registrations into one file to be issued a new registration alteration once;
- In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 change registration to alter xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business registration information is issued incorrectly according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 stipulated file, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level business registration authority notifies that xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business registration certificate issued on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 basis of a file not in conformity with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 stipulated regulations is null and concurrently issues a household business registration certificate based on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 most recent valid file before that. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 district-level business registration authority sends a notice requesting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business to complete and submit a valid file according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 stipulated regulations within 30 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 notice to be considered for a household business registration certificate. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 household business may aggregate xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 legitimate changes from subsequent alteration registrations into one file for a new registration alteration to be issued once.
