- Possess a trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Use Rights Certificate or a Certificate of House Ownership and Residential trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Use Rights or a trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Use Rights, House Ownership, and Other Assets Attached to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Certificate or a Certificate of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Use Rights and Attached Assets Ownership, except in cases of inheriting trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use rights, agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay exchange in consolidation, gifting trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use rights to the State or community, and cases stipulated in Clause 7, Article 124 of thetrực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Law 2024and Point a, Clause 4, Article 127 of thetrực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Law 2024;
- The trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay is not involved in any disputes, or disputes have been resolved by a competent state agency, court judgment, decision, or arbitration ruling that has legal effect;
- The trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use rights are not subject to distraint or other enforcement measures in accordance with the civil judgment enforcement law;
- Within the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use period;
- Transfer agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use rights within the same provincial-level administrative unit to another individual.

An individual using agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay allocated by the State, or through transfer, inheritance, or lawful gift of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use rights from another, is only permitted to transfer agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use rights within the same provincial-level administrative unit to another individual and is exempt from income tax arising from the transfer of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use rights and registration fee.
Thus, an individual using agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, upon transfer of LURs of agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay, is not required to pay the registration fee and income tax from the transfer of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use rights.

What are procedures for permitting trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay repurposing in Vietnam?
According to Article 227 of thetrực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Law 2024, the cases requiring a competent state agency's permission for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay repurposing are implemented according to the following procedures:
(1) The trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay user submits the application for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay repurposing according to regulations.
(2) The trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay management authority checks the requirements for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay repurposing. If the application does not meet the regulations, the authority will guide the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay user to complete the application and resubmit to the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay management authority.
(3) The trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay management authority is responsible for:
- In cases applying trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay pricing in the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay price table for calculating trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay levy, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay rent, the authority prepares a dossier for submission to the competent People's Committee to issue a decision permitting trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay repurposing, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay allocation, or trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay lease;
- In cases determining specific trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay prices for calculating trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay levy, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay rent, the authority prepares a dossier for submission to the competent People’s Committee to issue a decision, organizes the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay pricing, and submits to the competent authority for approval to calculate the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay levy, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay rent.
(4) The trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay user pays the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay levy, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay rent according to the law; in cases of reduction, the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay levy, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay rent authority implements the reduction for the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay user.
(5) The trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay management authority signs a trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay lease contract in case the State leases trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay; transfers the dossier to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay registration organizations or branches to register, issue trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Use Rights Certificates, update, adjust the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay database, cadastral files and deliver the certificate to the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay user.
(6) In the case of receiving trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use rights transfer and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay repurposing, the procedures for registering trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use rights transfer must be performed simultaneously with the procedures for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay repurposing as stipulated.
May individual transfer agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay which is allocated by the State of Vietnam within the trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay allocation limit?
According to Point d, Clause 1, Article 37 of thetrực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Law 2024, the rights and obligations of individuals using trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay are stipulated as follows:
Rights and Obligations of Individuals Using trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay
- An individual using agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay allocated by the State within limits; trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay allocated by the State with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay levy, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay rent paid once for the entire lease period, is recognized by the State as trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use rights; trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay received through transfer, gift, inheritance has the following rights and obligations:
a) General rights and obligations stipulated in Articles 26 and 31 of this Law;
b) Transfer agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use rights with another individual;
c) Transfer ownership rights of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use and assets attached to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay according to the law;
d) Lease trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use rights, assets attached to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay to organizations, other individuals, overseas Vietnamese investing in Vietnam;
...
Thus, an individual using agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay allocated by the State within limits has the right to transfer agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay use rights with other individuals.
