1. Failure to register for taxpayer registration as specified in Article 33 of the Law on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Administration.
2. Failure to file taxes or to file accurate, truthful, and complete vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay declarations as specified in Article 42 of the Law on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Administration.
3. Failure to submit supplementary vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dossiers requested by the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority or submission of incomplete, untruthful, and inaccurate vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bases for determining the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay payable.
4. Failure to reflect or fully, truthfully, and accurately reflect data in accounting books to determine vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay obligations.

The decision must clearly state the reason for the imposement, the basis for the imposement, the imposed vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay amount, and the deadline for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay payment.
b) In the case where the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority conducts vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay liability imposition through vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay inspection or audit, the reason for the imposement, the basis for the imposement, the imposed vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay amount, and the deadline for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay payment must be recorded in the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay inspection or audit report, and the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay handling decision by the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority.
c) If a taxpayer is imposed taxes according to the regulation, the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority shall impose administrative penalties and calculate late payment interest as prescribed by law.

3. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay liability imposition decision
a) When imposing taxes, the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority must issue a vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay liability imposition decision according to Form No. 01/ADT in Appendix III issued together with this Decree, and simultaneously send it to the taxpayer within 03 working days from the date of signing the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay liability imposition decision;
In the case where taxpayers are subject to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay payment according to the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority’s notice, the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority is not required to issue a vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay liability imposition decision as prescribed in this clause.
b) Taxpayers must pay the imposed vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay amount according to the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay handling decision of the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority. In case taxpayers do not agree with the imposed vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay amount determined by the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority, they must still pay the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay amount and have the right to request explanation from the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority or file a complaint or initiate a lawsuit regarding the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay liability imposition.
Thus, the authority to impose taxes belongs to the General Director of the General Department of Taxation; the Director of the Department of Taxation; and the Chief of the District vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Office.
