1. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay temporary application of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay countervailing duty is decided by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Industry and Trade based on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay preliminary conclusions of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay investigative agency. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay temporary countervailing duty rate must not exceed lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subsidy level in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay preliminary conclusions.

b) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay investigative agency may accept, refuse, or suggest adjustments to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay commitments based on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay opinions of organizations or individuals representing lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay domestic production industry.
3. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application of countervailing duty is carried out as follows:

c) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay countervailing duty rate must not exceed lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subsidy level in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay final conclusions;
d) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duration of applying lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay countervailing duty is not more than 05 years from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay countervailing duty application decision takes effect, unless extended according to Clause 2, Article 90 of this Law.

b) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay countervailing duty is retroactively applied to imported goods within 90 days prior to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay temporary countervailing duty if lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay imported goods are determined to be subsidized; if lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay volume or quantity of subsidized imported goods to Vietnam rapidly increases abnormally from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay investigation period to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay temporary countervailing duty application and causes unrecoverable damage to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay domestic production industry.
5. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application of other anti-subsidy measures is carried out according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of international treaties to which lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a member or according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principles of international law.
Thus, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay retroactive application of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay countervailing duty will be implemented in two cases:

Application of Anti-Dumping Tax, countervailing duty, and Safeguard Tax
1. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application, modification, or abolishment of anti-dumping tax, countervailing duty, and safeguard tax are carried out according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of this Law and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay laws on anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, and safeguard.
2. Based on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax rate, quantity, or value of goods subject to anti-dumping tax, countervailing duty, and safeguard tax, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay customs declarant is responsible for declaring and paying taxes according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law on tax administration.
3. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Industry and Trade decides on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application of anti-dumping tax, countervailing duty, and safeguard tax.

5. In cases where lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay interests of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Socialist Republic of Vietnam are harmed or violated, based on international treaties, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Government of Vietnam reports to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Assembly to decide on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application of other appropriate protective tax measures.
