What are kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp quantity and structure ratio of Judge levels in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam People's Court in 2025?

Pursuant to Article 8 of Resolution 67/2025/UBTVQH15, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp number and structure ratio of Judge levels in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam People's Court in 2025 are as follows:

(1)kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp total number of Judges in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam People's Court across all levels is 7,004. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp quantity and structure ratio of Judge levels are as follows:

- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Supreme Vietnam People's Court includes Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Judges.

kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp number of Judges working at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Supreme Vietnam People's Court is 50, where kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp ratio for Level 3 Judges is not more than 40%, for Level 2 Judges is not more than 30%, and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp remainder are Level 1 Judges;

- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp High Vietnam People's Court includes Level 3 Judges, with a total of 170 individuals;

- Provincial Vietnam People's Courts and specialized first-instance courts include Level 2 and Level 3 Judges.

- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Central Military Court has Level 3 Judges, with a total of 15 individuals;

- Military Region and equivalent courts include Level 2 and Level 3 Judges.

kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp number of Judges in Military Region and equivalent courts is 54, with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp ratio for Level 3 Judges not exceeding 30%, and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp remainder being Level 2 Judges;

- Regional Military Courts include Level 1 and Level 2 Judges.

Does a Judge have authority to review kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp petition for exemption of advance court fee?

According to Clause 1, Article 15 of Resolution 326/2016/UBTVQH14, which governs kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp authority of judges to review petitions for exemption from advance court fees, is prescribed as follows:

Authority for exemption and reduction of advance court fees and court fees

1. Before accepting a case, a Judge assigned by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Chief Justice of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Court has kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp authority to review petitions for exemption or reduction of advance court fees.

2. After accepting kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp case, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Judge assigned by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Chief Justice of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Court to resolve kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp case has kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp authority to review kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp petition for exemption or reduction from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp defendant with a counterclaim or involved person with an independent request in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp case.

3. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Judge assigned by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Chief Justice of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp first-instance Court has authority to review kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp petition for exemption or reduction of appellate court fees.

4. Before opening a first-instance or appellate trial, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Judge assigned by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Chief Justice to resolve kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp case has kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp authority to examine kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp exemption or reduction of court fees upon kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp request of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp litigant.

5. Within 3 working days from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp date of receipt of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp petition for exemption or reduction of advance court fees, court fees, and supporting documents proving eligibility for exemption or reduction, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Court will issue a written notification regarding kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp exemption or non-exemption. If not exempted or reduced, reasons must be provided.

6. At kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp trial, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp first-instance or appellate trial panel has kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp authority to examine kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp exemption or reduction of court fees for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp litigant upon issuing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp judgment or decision on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp case.
