What are regulations on theavoidable cost tariffin Vietnam?
Based on Article 4 ofCircular 10/2025/TT-BCTstipulating xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube avoidable cost tariff as follows:
(1)xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube avoidable cost tariff is constructed and published annually.
(2)By October 31 each year, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube unit operating xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube electricity system and electricity market is responsible for leading, in cooperation with Vietnam Electricity and relevant units, to update xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube database, perform calculations, draft xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube avoidable cost tariff for xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube following year using xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube methodology stipulated in Appendix II issued with Circular 10/2025/TT-BCT, and submit it to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube state electricity regulatory authority at xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Ministry of Industry and Trade.
(3)Within 5 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube receipt of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube avoidable cost tariff dossier as mentioned in Clause 2, Article 4 ofCircular 10/2025/TT-BCT, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube state electricity regulatory authority at xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Ministry of Industry and Trade is responsible for checking xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube contents of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube dossier submitted. If necessary, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube state electricity regulatory authority at xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Ministry of Industry and Trade may issue a document requesting xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube unit operating xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube electricity system and electricity market to amend, supplement, or clarify xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube dossier contents. - Appraising xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube input parameters and xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube calculation results of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube annual avoidable cost tariff established by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube electricity system and market operating unit. If necessary, relevant organizations and individuals may be invited to participate in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube appraisal;
- Researching, proposing, and submitting to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Minister of Industry and Trade for review and decision xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube reasonable level of avoidable cost tariff to encourage electricity production from renewable energy, while ensuring that xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube avoidable cost tariff aligns with xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube country's economic and social conditions in each period.
(5)Within 2 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube issuance of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube avoidable cost tariff, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube state electricity regulatory authority at xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Ministry of Industry and Trade is responsible for announcing xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube avoidable cost tariff for xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube following year on xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube electronic information page of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube state electricity regulatory authority at xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Ministry of Industry and Trade and of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Ministry of Industry and Trade.
