+ Motorcycles imported from abroad into non-tariff zones and used only in non-tariff zones; Motorcycles transferred from one non-tariff zone to another non-tariff zone.

Based on Article 5 ofCircular 39/2015/TT-BTCas amended by Clause 4, Article 1 ofCircular 60/2019/TT-BTC, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations are as follows:
Principles and methods for determining vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay customs value of imported goods
1. Principles:

2. Methods for determining vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay customs value of imported goods:
a) Transaction value method of imported goods;
b) Transaction value method of identical imported goods;
c) Transaction value method of similar imported goods;
d) Deductive value method;
e) Computed value method;
f) Fall-back method.

How is import duty reduced in some cases prescribed by law in Vietnam?
Based on Article 18 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay2016 Law on Export and Import Dutiesregarding vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reduction of export and import duty as follows:
Tax Reduction
1. Exported and imported goods under vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay supervision of customs authorities, if damaged or lost and certified by competent authorities, shall be eligible for tax reduction.

Simultaneously, based on Clause 1, Article 32 ofDecree 134/2016/ND-CP, as amended by Clause 16, Article 1 ofDecree 18/2021/ND-CP, it is stipulated:
Reduction of export and import duty
1. Exported and imported goods under vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay supervision of customs authorities according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 2014 Customs Law and guiding documents, if damaged or lost due to objective reasons, shall be eligible for tax reduction according to Clause 1, Article 18 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Export and Import Duties.

b) Insurance contract, compensation payment notice of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay insurance organization (if any), in case vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay insurance contract does not include content on tax compensation, there must be confirmation from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay insurance organization; contract or compensation agreement record from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay carrier in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay case of loss caused by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay carrier (if any): 01 photocopy;
